As summer turns to fall, the South Santa Barbara County real estate market has remained extraordinarily strong. Local inventory remains at approximately half of what it was this time last year. Buyer traffic is still at historically high levels and mortgage purchase applications are the strongest in a decade, despite a recent uptick in rates. Prices are still appreciating.

With inventory sitting at the lowest level recorded in the past 15-years, we expect prices to continue to climb.
