Kelly Knight Guides Complex Joint Property Sale For Charity

Santa Barbara real estate broker and former attorney, Kelly Knight, guided the monumental sale of a 10-owner property partially gifted to the Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara (SFSB). “Everybody went the extra mile because the sale was benefiting the foundation,” Knight said. “We were all in it to realize the donor’s wish and to serve the community.” The sale resulted in a nearly $400,000 endowment to SFSB. Knight, who handled the sale pro bono, received the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors’s Howard Gates Award and the Realtor Community Service Award.
