Santa Barbara Market Report | September 2020
Despite consistently low inventory during the third quarter of 2020, Q3 ended strong with September posting more sales than any other month during the past decade. In fact, 56 homes sold in Montecito in September 2020, compared to only 21 in 2019. And of those home, 19 closed escrow for over $5 million! This is one of the strongest – and most surprising – Seller’s Markets we’ve seen, with a YTD median price increase of 17 percent.

Santa Barbara Real Estate Update | August 2020
As summer turns to fall, the Santa Barbara South County real estate market continues to outpace last year’s sales. August 2020 posted a 30% increase in transactions compared to the same period in 2019. And the headline? August saw sales of luxury Montecito homes double, and September is on track to post equally strong numbers.
