Knight Real Estate Group is a boutique Santa Barbara real estate team serving our beautiful Santa Barbara neighborhoods from Goleta to Carpinteria and all locations in between. Our team is comprised of two full-time agents: founder and managing broker Kelly Knight and realtor Michelle Eskandari. We bring over 40 years of combined real estate, business, and legal experience to our clients, and together we’ve personally managed or participated in over 300 real estate transactions. We love what we do and the wonderful people we get to work with every day.
Also part of the team includes the “behind the scenes” folks that assist us creatively and technically with all aspects of marketing a property through various advertising channels. They handle the details that make every property we represent look amazing, and they help us get great results for our clients.
Knight Real Estate Group does not operate as a brokerage. Our team is proud to be part of Village Properties Realtors, and we have offices in both Montecito and Santa Barbara.
