For many years, she built an accomplished career in the legal field, serving as Executive Legal Assistant to renowned trial attorney Barry Cappello and previously as a Case Administrator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. At the same time, she pursued her passion for real estate, earning her license and spending the past six years helping clients buy and sell homes.

A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Susan earned her degree summa cum laude while competing on the university’s Nordic Ski Team. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping others make her an exceptional addition to our team.
