In a market that demanded patience, precision and constant adaptation, we finished the year just shy of $65,000,000 in total sales with 23 homes successfully sold.

Our best year ever and we are deeply grateful.

We’re especially thankful that 8 of our listings came from repeat clients and 6 from professional referrals, a true reflection of the relationships and trust we’ve built over time. Even more, 5 of our listings sold at or above list price, and with only one escrow cancellation all year, we’re proud to say our results were powered by disciplined process, proactive communication, and hands-on transaction management from start to finish.

Our reach spanned Carpinteria to the Santa Ynez Valley, including key sales in Montecito and Hope Ranch, and extended beyond residential into commercial and ranch/land transactions.

Before we jump into the numbers, we have to pause and celebrate what an extraordinary year 2025 was for Knight Real Estate Group.

We closed out the year just shy of $65M in total sales, helping 23 households successfully move across the South Coast, from Carpinteria to the Santa Ynez Valley, with listings in Montecito, Hope Ranch, and beyond. We also had the privilege of guiding clients through commercial and ranch/land sales, a true reflection of the range of our practice.

We represented 15 Sellers and 8 Buyers, and we’re especially proud that 8 of our listings came from repeat clients and 6 from professional referrals. That trust means everything.

In a year when deals required more structure and strategy than ever, only one escrow cancellation speaks volumes about our attention to process and commitment to proactive communication.
