A few weeks ago we kicked off our celebration of Kelly’s 20th year in real estate by gathering clients, referral partners, and friends of Knight Real Estate Group at Art & Soul Gallery. The room was full, the energy was high, and it was a meaningful reminder that this business has always been built on relationships.

We were surrounded by beautiful work from artist Jane Chapman, incredible food from Jane Restaurant, and most importantly, a community that has supported us every step of the way. Seeing so many familiar faces in one place made the evening especially memorable.

This gathering marked the start of a special year, with a few more events planned ahead. We’re grateful for the trust, the referrals, and the friendships that continue to shape Knight Real Estate Group.

Last night at the Santa Barbara Bowl, David Byrne took the stage with a backdrop filled with houses. Simple, graphic, almost playful… but unmistakable. And it clicked.

February Market Update | The early 2026 market is February Market Update | The early 2026 market is showing a shift, not a slowdown. 

While headline prices softened year over year, the change is largely driven by fewer luxury sales, particularly in Montecito. At the same time, overall activity remains steady and buyer demand continues across entry level and mid range homes.

February sales increased 5% year over year, with condominium sales up 38%. This movement toward more attainable price points reflects a healthy recalibration, as buyers remain active but more selective. Well prepared homes that are thoughtfully priced continue to generate strong interest. As we move into the spring market, we expect inventory to build gradually while demand remains steady, especially for homes that show well and align with current market expectations.
