2025 | Year in Review ✨ Before we jump into the n 2025 | Year in Review ✨ Before we jump into the numbers, we have to pause and celebrate what an extraordinary year 2025 was for Knight Real Estate Group. We closed out the year just shy of $65M in total sales, helping 23 households successfully move across the South Coast, from Carpinteria to the Santa Ynez Valley, with listings in Montecito, Hope Ranch, and beyond. We also had the privilege of guiding clients through commercial and ranch/land sales, a true reflection of the range of our practice. We represented 15 Sellers and 8 Buyers, and we’re especially proud that 8 of our listings came from repeat clients and 6 from professional referrals. That trust means everything. In a year when deals required more structure and strategy than ever, only one escrow cancellation speaks volumes about our attention to process and commitment to proactive communication. And with 5 listings selling at or above list price, we’re proud of the value we helped create for our clients, even in a more complex market.
