Mike began his career in real estate, holding licenses in both California and Hawaiʻi and gaining early experience at an appraisal firm. He then spent more than 25 years in the technology sector, including 13 years at AppFolio, a leading real estate software company, where he held senior leadership roles in client services and operations. His tenure there included scaling teams, improving operational performance, and helping build the infrastructure that supported AppFolio’s rapid growth.
